Management

Portfolio and single-property management is dealt with primarily by Saroj Nagani, with all invoicing and related queries being dealt with by Debbie Nickerson, and overdue payments by Bridget Smith (bad debtors beware!).

However, such is the importance of management to our business that both Philip Marsh and Dan Collins have important roles in the team.  We operate a Riverlake Portfolio Management system and pride ourselves in maintaining very low levels of late rent payers.

We practise an advanced form of active management and always endeavour to extract more value from an investment than would a typical “passive” manager.
