What’s in store for 2012?

In spite of the challenging economic conditions, 2011 has seen buoyant retail property activity in the South Bucks region – especially in prime locations in affluent towns such as Beaconsfield, Old Amersham, and Marlow. Some lease assignments in these towns have included premium payments which is certainly a sign of a positive outlook for 2012 and beyond!

In fact, PMCD Retail needs more instructions to meet the demand for prime shops in these affluent areas. It is stimulating to know that the national multiples are increasingly out to secure more units and that independents are now starting to take the plunge again – 2012 may not be quite as lacklustre as the Press keep predicting!
