Philip Marsh Collins Deung was established in 1995 when Jeffrey Deung and Philip Marsh brought together their individual practices (formed in 1990) to provide a wider range of commercial property expertise under one roof. The merged firm quickly established itself as the first choice for many clients in the retail, services and high technology sectors, as well as with property investors.

We now have the ability in-house to deal with rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations for landlords as well as tenants; to act as agents in the marketing and the acquisition of offices, retail, industrial and restaurant properties; to manage, sell and acquire commercial investment properties; and to provide assistance with development planning and viability appraisals. Through our membership of Squaremetre Consulting Group, our consultants Michael Owen Chartered Surveyors and Herongate Chartered Surveyors, can provide business rates advice and appeals, and building surveying, dilapidations advice and project management.
